• This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.
• If needed, review the Guidelines for Telepathic Workshops published on these two websites. Study the workshop plan beforehand and have it printed with you or available on your computer or phone, so that you can follow the sequences.
• Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.

Group attunement

• Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.
• Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.

Sequence 1: Connecting to the origins of our embodied life (Created by Marko Pogačnik)

 

To be in the manifested body is a natural state of life as long as the Earth Changes do not affect the way human in which the being is embodied. For the past several months I have experienced within my body that the patterns of our embodiment are changing – probably to enable us to attune to the advanced Earth transformation process underway. The darker winter time of the year is the perfect time to pay attention to the inner and outer realms affecting our body conditions, including its health.

1. Our patterns of embodiment are stored in the area below our coccyx. There the blueprints of the plant, mineral, animal and human bodies pulsate. Imagine that you somersault backwards, and arrive at the space below your coccyx.
2. When you arrive in this space dedicated to the secrets of the human body, you will need to do some cleaning, since it has lacked human attention for a long time. Call forth sparks of the violet color to dance and cleanse and clear this space.
3. Then somersault backwards to arrive at your original space. You are surprised to encounter a beautiful landscape with ferns, little trees, rocks covered with moss, and some small animals…
4. Somersault backwards yet a third time, arriving again at the space below your coccyx. Do not remain there. Instead, rise immediately up along your backbone. Move upwards in slow motion and touch all the different parts of your body to wherever your intuition guides you. Be like a tuning fork bringing attunement to your body wherever it is needed.
5. After you have risen and arrive at your third eye (pineal gland), send messages to your soul family and beyond to communicate to them that the realignment of our bodies is needed at this time.

Sequence 2: Snow as a portal to the sacred geometrical dimension (Created by Ying Li)

A snowflake forms slowly, growing its beautiful branches and crystalline structure within a cloud. As we experience the magic of snow in the landscapes of the winter wonderland, we are also invited to experience the inner worlds of the divine order. The sacred geometrical dimension is a world in itself and holds a key for restoring harmony in places which have lost their alignment to the essence of life.

1. Imagine it is snowing. You become like a child seeing snow for the first time. Allow the dance of the snow to ignite your bliss and delight with all the wonders of life. Feel free to move and dance with the snow.
2. Then stretch out your arms and feel the snow landing on your body. Every snowflake which makes contact with you is activating the crystalline matrix of your being.
3. Notice the snowflakes gently falling upon your back. As the snowflakes touch down your entire body is transformed into a snowflake. You are now fully attuned to the sacred geometrical dimension.
4. Take a moment to experience this archetypal realm. Notice the intricate patterns and exquisite shapes encoded within all living things. Sense the angelic network which cares for this realm, and the elemental beings who create with these primordial building blocks.
5. Finally allow your awareness to take you to a place which is in need of healing. As you simply offer the heartfelt presence of your crystalline self, the harmonic resonance and sacred geometrical codes of this place are being restored. Feel gratitude for all the wondrous beings who co-create with the archetypal dimensions to sustain the essence of life.

Sequence 3: The gift of the Christmas tree (Created by Haro Wijnsouw)

The new creative processes on Earth know no boundaries. They allow us to easily exchange properties with the environment in which we live, according to the needs of the moment.

1. Imagine that you are standing in front of a spruce tree (a Christmas tree). Admire its harmonious growth form and its deep green colour. Smell the familiar scent.
2. Imagine how the tree penetrates the soil through its root system and thus aims at the heart of the Earth. Follow the energetic breathing from the Earth up through the trunk and then through the branches. Each needle is an antenna aimed at the heart of the Universe. Follow this breathing up and down and finally experience the tree as one large heart field.
3. Now you are ready to take a dip in the sensitive energetic bath of the spruce tree. Feel its deeper qualities: gentle, nurturing and understanding. Notice how the tree being effortlessly brings these heart qualities into the environment, and how it offers them to you personally.
4. Ask the tree being to switch places with you. If this feels good to both of you, step into the heart field of the tree and notice how the tree being takes your place. Enjoy this exchange for a while and then step back into your place outside the energetic field of the tree.
5. Notice how the united properties of the spruce tree, the tree being and yourself radiate a new creative impulse to this world.

Sequence 4: The basket of candles (Created by Tea Golob)

Beginning with the winter solstice, this time of the year is a turning point, shifting us from one polarity to the other. Swirling energies of transformations can be disturbing and difficult to cope with, but they are also encouraging us to take different paths and directions in forming our intentions and actions. In this current time of immense shifts in the cosmic consciousness, in which the Earth and humans are playing a crucial role, this turning point can be even more challenging – it is inviting us to expand our awareness beyond any polarity, any separation.

We are very much supported and guided through this challenging turning point. We have been gifted with a basket of candles, which was brought to us by the ancient beings, present in the core of the Earth’s dragon sphere, where light has no forms yet, and where all potentials are still to be triggered to manifest our reality. It is a flame of unconditional love.

1. Look at the basket full of candles. Some of the candles are already lit, others are not. Observe the lit candles, how they shimmer in different colors. Enjoy the beauty of their flame. It is eternal.
2. Choose one of the lit candles that appeals to you the most. Take it. It is burning in the flame of all the potentials, and it is a gift for you.
3. Now, take one of the unlit candles. With an imaginary pencil, write on the candle one of the intentions that you have for the new year, for the new era to come, for the new Earth that has been forming. The intention that reflects your wishes coming directly from your heart. Bring the candle close to the flame of the candle that you hold. Let the flame touch and light the candle. Feel how your intention has been activated. The candle is lit with the flame of unconditional love, and your intention will manifest in the highest good of all.
4. Take another unlit candle from the plate if you feel like doing so. Repeat the process as many times as it feels right for you, writing a new intention on a candle and lighting it with the flame of a candle that you have received as a gift.
5. Become aware that you are actively co-creating a new reality with the light and flame of your intentions.

Sequence 5: Christmas gifts of the New Elemental Beings (Created by Jana Rieger)

1. You are standing in a room and suddenly a door opens. You are surprised because new elemental beings (Sophia and Christ beings) pour in. They are holding blue spheres in their hands.
2. A Sophia being or Christ being looks at you with its great love. Look into the eyes of the new elemental being. What do you feel? What touches you as you look at each other?
3. Then it gives you one of its blue spheres. Accept and embrace the gift with heartfelt gratitude, and bring it into your heart space.
4. When you look at it again, it also asks you from the bottom of your warm heart space to create one of these blue spheres, and to give it as a gift.
5. Choose a place, an entity or some of your Family or human family and offer a blue sphere full of warmth, love and compassion from your heart. Watch and observe – what happens in your heart sphere while you do this?

Conclusion

• Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.
• Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.
• Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.
