FairyGnomes: Fairytale - geomantic workshop for children

What a wonderful morning we spent with magical creatures. With the warm spring rays, which slowly but steadily began to warm the forest floor, we surrendered to the power of fairy dust and crossed the threshold of everyday life. It carried us away on the sails of creative imagination and at the same time it took us around the places, which revealed their hidden and extremely interesting images to us. For example, a rainbow is only seen when raindrops embrace the sun's rays - despite the fact that light is always present. So the magic dust embraced us and opened up a rainbow view of the world.

You may be wondering who these forest creatures were? First of all, let me tell you that these were children. Little people who are big souls at the same time. Full of wisdom, experience and also intentions that they have yet to realize on their life's journey. Together with adults, they learn to walk independently on the surface of the globe and look for the right ways to tailor their life stories. Ones that will be in tune with their souls - and at the same time with the melody of all humanity. In that regard, they need the support of us, the adults, however, at the same time they are also our great teachers. Their eyes are not yet veiled by the heavy barrier of human society, which limits, uniforms and stereotypes. Their wings of creativity are not yet fully tied and they can fly freely in the sky of a happy and fulfilled life.

They can still feel the space unencumbered as an interweaving of the vital energy of consciousness, which drives the structure of the entire universe. This consciousness is embodied through us and through everything that surrounds us. Trees, stones, water. And also more subtle forms of life. Their eyes are still ready to see these forms as living beings that enrich the Earth together with us. And they can imagine new forms of life and activity that pave the way for our common future.

If you might not believe my words, I will borrow the wise thoughts of the well-known Albert Einstein: "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited to all that we know and understand, while imagination embraces the whole world and all that will ever be known and understood.” However, children also need support in that sense that they can strengthen their wings of imagination and bravely fly with them.

The fairy-tale-geomantic workshop entitled FairyGnomes lifted us all up into the clouds and took us to the underground worlds of the forest kingdom. First we sat around the fire and opened up the magic suitcase with which I travel around the world. Inside, there are both interesting stories and also creatures that accompany me on my magical journeys. The story, that underpinned this workshop, has been whispered to me by the wind that blew from distant places. There, he secretly eavesdropped on the little curious creatures painting the butterfly's wings, singing to the flowers and jumping on the soft moss. With it, I also received a fairy-tale map that guided us through the corners of the forest.

We tuned into the Earth and grew roots like trees or flowers.

We listened to the tree and trusted it with our most hidden thoughts.

We called for forest gnomes and elves and rolled joyfully along the grassy hills with them.

Finally, we also share wonderful impressions and painted them. This way, they will be able to continue reminding us how to stretch our wings at home. Or wherever we are.

I am grateful to both the Guardians of Nature - forest kindergarten, as well as to all the children and other miraculous creatures who conjured up such beautiful moments. And there are still so many things hidden in my suitcase that the adventures are far from over.

Utrinki iz izkušenj v stiku z bitji narave me vedno navdušijo, razprejo krila moji domišljiji. Tako me je Tejino pisanje o doživetjih na otroški delavnici objelo okoli ramen, me vzelo v toplo naročje širne domišljije, mi ogrelo srce. Zasijalo je od sreče.
