Gratitude – a breeze that tears down walls

piled up around the heart,

releases the tears of dammed-up hope,

clears the thorns from the path of a new day,

emboldens steps toward untrodden dreams

bathed in the golden dust of sunrise.

Gratitude – Fills the Sails of Falling Stars

that carry the hidden wishes of yearning hearts,

of budding sprouts of unborn flowers

with the intoxicating scent of sparkling ideas

from uplifted souls of a new era

steeped in the breath of divine realms.
